About half my clients pay for services out-of-pocket and half use insurance. Insurance only covers services related to diagnosable mental health conditions, including many sexual problems. My rate is $150/meeting.

• I can also bill out-of-network benefits for all insurance companies, including BCBS and Cigna (if your plan includes out-of-network benefits)
• I reserve three meetings a week for reduced-rate clients. Please notify me if you are self-pay and unable to pay my full rate. I usually have a longer waiting list for these meetings.
